Drive into the National Wildlife Refuge and take the first immediate right headed towards Puerto Ferro Lighthouse. About halfway there you will find a parking lot on the left and the trail head is across the street on the right. The trail is well marked to help you find the way. There is plenty of easy parking.
After a 1.2 mile moderate hike you’ll find yourself on a secluded white sand, picture perfect beach. From this beach you can see other beaches and get a great view of the Caribbean Sea. This beach is good for swimming after a long hike. Our recommendation is pack plenty of water and a nice lunch for the day. There is not a ton of shade but the views are worth it.
